EJWOP
Editor's statement
The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP) is the official journal of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). EJWOP is published bimonthly by Psychology Press (Taylor and Francis Group) in association with the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).
The EJWOP mission is to promote and support the development of Work and Organizational Psychology by publishing high-quality scientific articles that improve our understanding of phenomena that develop in work and organizational settings.
EJWOP also tries to offer good service to the research community by giving authors constructive, high-quality and comprehensive feedback about their manuscripts in a reasonable period of time from submission (two months).
We are interested in publishing different types of high-quality articles such as: (a) theoretical papers that propose new concepts and theories or extend previous ones; (b) state-of-the-art-reviews that improve our understanding of accumulated knowledge and elaborate agendas for future research; (c) empirical articles where well-construed hypotheses are tested; (d) meta-analyses where previous empirical findings are summarized; and (e) methodological papers where new measures are developed and tested, or new methods for investigating work and organizational phenomena are presented and discussed. EJWOP is also receptive to other types of articles that might not fit those mentioned above, provided they contribute to improving our understanding of the addressed phenomenon, have a sound conceptual and theoretical basis, and show methodological rigour.
As a member of EAWOP, you can contribute to EJWOP’s improvement and growth by giving us feedback on the journal, reviewing manuscripts, or submitting a paper. We would like to count on your participation.
